One Dot Capital (“ODC” in short) is the brainchild of 3 inspired individuals. ‘One Dot’ is a word play for our headquarter – Singapore, where it is commonly referred to as the ‘Little Red Dot’ on the world map. Despite Singapore’s size and its relatively short history since independence in 1965, Singapore plays an integral role, contributing significantly to the global economic order as we see today.
At ODC, we see Southeast Asia as a single continent, where people, tradition, and culture is similar, yet uniquely different in its own right. Our goal is simple – bridging the region, opening doors of opportunities in Southeast Asia by synergistically connecting businesses in growing regions with deep-pocketed value investors.
Since incorporation in 2025, we have already secured partnerships with 5 leading corporations across the region, highlighting our value-add and commitment in progressing with our partners. Our legacy will be defined by our commitment to regional growth in Southeast Asia, cultivated through collaborative partnerships and efforts to enhance regional integration.

Nicholas Tan
Founder, Head of Corporate Finance Advisory
Singapore
Nicholas is a Corporate Development Director at a billion-dollar Business Services company, owned by a global Private Equity company. He leads Merger & Acquisition transactions, as well as executing strategic initiatives within the firm to create organic and inorganic value. He worked alongside numerous Investment Banks and Private Equity firms, including the likes of Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs, Rippledot, BDA Partners, Brookfield Private Equity, Warburg Pincus, KKR, and many others.
During his professional stint, Nicholas led several M&A transactions, including a billion-dollar sale of the company, and >$100M of bolt-on acquisitions which created tremendous value for the company. Nicholas also led several organic initiatives, including market expansion and client growth strategies.
Before this, Nicholas worked in a boutique cross-border focused sell-side investment bank, where he honed his M&A skills. He also touched upon several Equity & Debt Capital Markets transactions during his early career days.
Nicholas graduated from Singapore Management University (SMU) with a Bachelor of Science (Economics). Outside of work, he is an advocate of healthy living, and is a personal trainer as well.

Boon Peng
Founder, Head of Consulting Advisory
Singapore
Boon Peng is a Director at a global Management Consulting company. His focus is to help clients solve challenging business problems in both banking and insurance sectors; while at the same time, building his own training and investment advisory practices and developing young talents in the company.
Specialising in sales advisory topic, Boon Peng helps numerous private banks and insurance companies often by working with executives and senior stakeholders to streamline businesses and enhance employees’ productivity in APAC. Among his many accolades, Boon Peng recently spearheaded one of the largest integration projects in industry history. As the lead business analyst, he ensured the seamless migration of all client investment portfolios across Singapore and Hong Kong booking centres.
Boon Peng graduated from Singapore Management University (SMU) with a Bachelor of Business Management, specializing in Finance. Outside of work, he enjoys reading books and articles on business and finance, continuously expanding his knowledge in the field.

Stacey Hardjadinata, CFA
Founder, Co-Head of Corporate Finance Advisory
Indonesia
Stacey Hardjadinata is a Corporate Development Senior Specialist at DANA Indonesia, a leading fintech company in Indonesia. Her primary focus is supporting M&A and fundraising initiatives, which are critical to driving DANA’s strategic growth. Stacey plays an integral role in DANA’s fundraising processes, collaborating closely with Morgan Stanley and engaging with numerous global Private Equity firms to secure capital that strengthens the company’s position in the competitive fintech landscape.
Prior to joining DANA, Stacey worked in the Valuation team at Ernst & Young Indonesia, where she honed her expertise in financial analysis and valuation. During her time there, she handled a diverse portfolio of projects across various sectors, including conglomerates, startups, and State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs), providing strategic insights and impactful solutions.
Stacey holds a Master of Management from Binus Business School and a Bachelor of Economics from Kwik Kian Gie School of Business. She is also a proud CFA Charterholder, further solidifying her reputation as a finance professional with a strong foundation in investment analysis and corporate strategy.
